  • All adventures are designed for first-timers and beginners.
  • All equipment for the activity will be provided.
  • Please feel comfortable to participate in a way that feels best for you, remembering that the purpose is just to try something new.
  • We’re all here to learn, grow, and connect.

Note: Some details and exact times are subject to change- we’ll make sure to update you!

Take your yoga outside! Enjoy the beautiful setting of Coler as we blend hiking/walking with yoga, an opportunity to be present outdoors and enjoy the benefits nature has to offer while connecting with other women. We'll start with a short 15 min walk on the paved trail, followed by a grounding yoga practice. This is great for anyone who is new to being out in nature, excited to learn about places to go hiking, and looking for that mind-body-nature connection.

Gravel riding is a popular term around the area and may be a totally new idea of riding to you. Really, it’s just about going out on rides that are maybe sometimes paved, sometimes a little dirt, sometimes a little rocky, or all of the above! Northwest Arkansas has some of the best routes that start where the blacktop ends. This is great for those who are comfortable on a bike and excited to try a new style of riding that takes them beyond city limits.
